Billing has been outsourced and I along with others have had issues with being charged extra. I was sent an e-bill after being told I’m paid in full. Also, this is the second time I’ve had the wrong prescription in my glasses. I was given a -6.25 in one lens and I went to another clinic and I’m really a -8.00. I do not recommend going here. You’re overcharged and given the wrong prescription. Glasses are too expensive even with insurance to have them be incorrect!
Please be cautious when going here. We were charged over $ 400 and that's with insurance. We were told my husband needed extra polycarbonate on lenses.
Dr. Tammy Wallace and her staff are wonderful. I've never had any problems there. The wait time is not long either. This is an asset for Ozark. The employees here are professional and thorough and they are also friendly. Dr. Wallace does a very in-depth examination of your eyes. They are easy to work with and helpful, too.
Dr Wallace & her "entire" staff are amongst the most Professional, Respectful, Knowledgeable, and Caring Healthcare Providers I've ever meet. They exude calm & confidence, and are always willing to go above & beyond what is required for their patiets. They believe & practice the words of the ,"Hypocractic Oath" which read "1st DO NO 'Harm."!!!
