I have been a patient here for 5 years now and have had several procedures. Each consultation has been very professional and informative..with a few options given to me and the choices were mine to make with Dr Cook's input. I couldn't be happier with the atmosphere and their collective customer service-from the desk to the chair and back! I actually left a larger office because of their cold uncaring atmosphere and condescending hygienists. Last month I visited Dr. Tammy Cook for the 1st time and I've thought long and hard and finally decided to leave a review. I'm 51 years old and moved to Bath just over a year ago after visiting for 25 years. I haven't had a cavity since the 4th grade primarily because I brush, floss and regularly see a dentist. During my cleaning Dr. Cook popped in for a few minutes, said I didn't have any cavities, some old fillings would likely need work and I would need a two appointment cleaning and left.
