Through AFI roadside assistance, we waited 5 HOURS to receive a tow. This is pretty sad. And I’ve been with AFI for about 20 years? 1 accident that wasn’t ours. Since we believe we’ve been exceptional customers and never missed a payment, we would expect help for getting around after our vehicle was not usable to get around. I’m sooo disappointed with AFI and have been searching around for a new insurance company. What’s good about insurance if they don’t have your back?
