I recently placed an order online which was sent to this place to make and deliver, I paid extra for them to be delivered by 1 pm they didn't get there till 4pm. The flowers were supposed to be in a Mason jar with raffia, instead they show up in what just looks like a glass with a half tied bow attempt, half wilted flowers and some in which were just popped off completely.
