Most of my calls to the pulmonology department were not answered at all and would just ring, or were turned over to the answering service. Would not respond to repeated desperate calls for help/call backs, no quality of care, only responded to email when I demanded to know why she wouldn’t respond when I was begging for help. The only takeaway I had here was frustration.
