Recommendedwould and do recommend this place your not going to meet any nicer people then them .there very very clean and there rentals are just as clean there very professional in all way .I feel it's a clean and safe place to live .proud to come home to here .Thank you all for being so kind sincerely Laurie Blevins
RecommendedSo far, I am very pleased! The location is perfect, secluded, private, safe but conveniently close to MSU and the highway. The two bedroom apartments are spacious and relatively updated. The staff is super responsive, friendly and will resolve any issues you have FAST as long as you’re a decent human being and respectful of them. My only complaints would be the parking lots/sidewalks don’t get plowed or salted and stay very icy and the ceilings are so thin you can hear a lot of noise from the people above you. Do not live here the apartments have black Mold inside and the new management is terrible
This place is the bomb. Lived here for almost 6 years and couldn't think of a better place in Lansing. Perfect pricing and all the staff is absolutely lovely. 5 stars is an understatement for Kaynorth!
