my forklift driver was very efficient and I only had to wait about 10 minutes before the system sent me back to the dock.
Extremely slow to load for a load of shingles. .
Super long wait times. 2-3+ hours. Always understaffed when I come here and they don't pay detention with my carrier either.
I had an appointment for 9am. They unloaded one truck for 2hrs and went to break at 11am. It’s now 125pm and they still havent started to unload me. I just missed a load I was supposed to pick up 42 min away by 2pm. Talking to the people in receiving, all they would say is that I have to wait because they only do 2 trucks a day.
Excellent process for drivers.
