Came here a few times past owners ruined the taminga reputation as eating something as simple as a schnitzel was revolting... However the great new staff considerate and polite. The aussie parmi I had the other night was excellent with well salted chips and I will be coming back again

Was driving through Claire with my mother and we decided to stop off at the Taminga Hotel for a feed given we have loved their food and service other times we have been out that way. It was just our luck we stopped in on Seafood Sunday. We were tossing up against a few of their menu items (menu looked amazing with lots of variety) but settled on the whiting - when I tell you it didn’t disappoint I mean it! Thank you to the staff at the Taminga Hotel for your friendly service and delicious food! 😁

Our first time since the new menu and new Chef Wait time for meals: 40 to 50 minutes, mind you they weren’t very busy Cost: Around $90 Our Order: Scotch fillet, Medium Rare. Came over cooked on three occasions after being sent back. Steak was like eating drywall and tasted as bland as their service. The chips were very obviously re-fried multiple times and had chips from different batches based on how some were overcooked or undercooked. Great food the Greek Platter for two was delicious and the chef went out of his way to provide a gluten free option. Service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely come back
