She has a very poor bedside manner, she ignored my baby during his echo, didn’t introduce herself, and barely explained anything. If you work with children, you need to actually like kids and be ready to reassure them during medical procedures. We were extremely unhappy with our appointment and immediately switched to another doctor. In addition, her billing service is terrible and did not bill our insurance until after I called SIX times to have the claim submitted to insurance.
