This was my first time meeting Dr. Cross, and she is fantastic.
I appreciate Dr. Cross’s bedside manner and her thoroughness. I always leave my appointments armed with appropriate information to address my concerns or issues.
I was wowed by the service I received from the moment I walked through the door. Annual visits are never fun but this one was easy, it felt like I was catching up with an old friend who just so happen to be my doctor. Nurse Crystal was cheerful and welcoming and the lab tech had the touch of an angle ( I didn't feel a thing) . Dr Cross was running late ( not a big issue because I was informed when booking that was normally her hospital day) everyone kept me updated till she arrived. Very unprofessional but friendly staff!! The never answer the phones, literally call right now . They will not answer the phone. I have no trust because I can’t ever talk to someone at this office. This place needs more experience and expertise as how a buisness operates. #customersarealwaysright!!!!
