I’m sad to say that I’ve had highly neglectful experiences here. I’m a kidney transplant recipient and they have neglected my care in ways that, if I didn’t follow up myself on other avenues, it could’ve been disastrous for my health. Once, I called to tell them I had a bladder infection and to see about getting some meds for it (this is a regular thing for transplant recipients and I’ve had no problem with other doctors getting an antibiotic called in, with a subsequent lab done to confirm an infection). Dr Klien has always been caring and knowledgeable. Each staff member I've interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. The office is well kept and clean.

I can not say enough about Dr. Klein or his staff everyone is so nice and kind. The staff is very caring and follows up very quickly when I have any questions. Dr. Klein is always listening and making sure my medical questions are answered. Thank you Dr. Klein and staff.
