Warning they do not stand behind their used cars and once you sign that loan they aer done with you all they are interested in is to sell their Genisis they do not care about the little guy totally disgusting.
I waited over two weeks for a service appointment at this 'place'. When I arrived today there were multiple autos in the service 'queue' so i waited patiently for a service person to assist. After 40 minutes no one came to help me. I should have know better. The last service visit was for a starter problem that they couldn't find. ' No Problem' they said. Responded to their website which had a 2022 Sonata SEL for sale with what they called a "pledge price." Get a call from someone named Kojack. After being put on hold, still able to hear him by the way, he tells me the car is not for sale. When I asked why they advertise a car that is not for sale, no answer. Check the website 2 days later, still advertising same car, same pledge price. Stay away from this dishonest dealer.
Tamiami Hyundai agreed to a price on a car then at the last minute increased the offer. Then when i agreed to the higher price they changed the price again to a higher amount. I purchased two Hyundai Sonatas from them in 2018 but I will never buy another car from them again. in my opinion the management person I dealt with does not keep his word and cannot be trusted. I will not do business with a dealership that I do not trust.
We made the enormous mistake of buying some of their extended warranties and other protections (HUGE mistake). They will tell you that you can refund them, but do not believe them. We cancelled these extra services in January. It is now April and we have STILL not received it. That is dishonest and unacceptable. I absolutely would not trust this dealership and whatever you do, do NOT purchase any extended coverage or extra services of any kind.

Customer never spoke directly to a manager. They decided to go strait to social platforms. We wish it could have been explained in a private matter and and now that we have confirmed that the lenders have received the checks there has been no correspondence from the customers. Unfortunately, they did not understand that their refund would not go to them, I would go to the lender because they had not paid off their vehicle. That is law, a requirement.
