Let me start off by saying that I wasn’t initially going to use Tami Price as our realtor when moving to San Antonio. I’m in the military and the big bank that services military members offers cash back to buyers if you go through their preferred realtor program. My wife was impressed with Tami from the first conversation but I had to be persuaded not to use the bank program that was going to offer us approx $1200 cash back.
