NP Radford is really difficult to work with. It sometimes takes weeks to get responses to faxes, phone messages and to get an appointment is near impossible, as they constantly get rescheduled. As a patient advocate, I have seen her show very little compassion in some of the most vulnerable cases, and her medical assistant just sighs a lot as though she is inconvenienced.. if you can even get her to return a call. I've seen Tami Radford 3 times. The first time she was running late despite the fact that I was the first appt of the day, making me late for work. She was on time the second time and almost an hour late the final time I saw her. My biggest issue is that she barely interacts with me and types for minutes at a time on the computer without even looking at or speaking to me.
