We’ve been going to Dr Parks for 20+ years, my kids were little. Called for an appointment and was told it was a 7 month wait! So I went elsewhere to get immediate stuff done then was told I couldn’t come back there because I seen someone else!? Was not told that beforehand! My son was just told his appointment would be an 11 month wait! Outrageous
Been a long long-standing client, Over 20 years actually….. And they are refusing the service Due to an outstanding $20… . When I have always had 100% medical coverage, So what’s this $20 from?this $20 is from When COVID-19 hit and they were charging everybody $20 because of the use of all their gloves and equipment and I didn’t realize when I left.. So now due to this $20, I cannot get my teeth fixed and my son can’t have his very first dentist appointment with my “family dentist”.
Thank you to all the staff for helping to give me a great experience after an emergency visit as a new patient. From the office manager who ran out into the parking lot after hearing my sob story to fit me in for x-rays, with a wonderful cheerful tech, the receptionists who got me in earlier on a cancelation and Cassandra and her assistant , who rebuilt my tooth better than it was before I broke it. I felt comfortable and at ease at every step. Thank you, you made a difference in a this person's life..
As an update to my prior review after being able to take a friends little in for them and having the opportunity to be able to see Dr Lee and her assistant in action, and they were excellent at what they do and maintaining a comfortable environment! No anxiety was had! They even have great memory of not just their patients, but also the stuffed friends whom accompany to help with the staying brave side of things, carebears included of course.
