Selling an occupied rental home in the time of Covid is a challenge. Finding a buyer willing to wait 90+ days before closing is not easy. Tami creatively worked with tenants to allow showings with a win/win approach. She managed all repairs during and after occupancy. I just sold my rental duplex property in Harrisburg. I wanted someone that was professional and strong seller.
