I will never order from TamerX again. On the 20th of January I ordered a fuel check valve. It was to be delivered 25th-28th. It's the 3rd of February and no part. FedEx tracking said they received it from the sender on January 30th and was shipped via smart post. And I don't even have a estimate delivery date. Meantime I loose over 1,000 dollars a day on my truck. Thanks a lot TamerX!!!
Excellent experience all the way around. Found a part that was not available from any of my local vendors on their website. Called and spoke to Jason on their sales team and placed an overnight order at 2:45 CST right before their shipping cutoff. Had the part delivered to my desk 1,600 miles away by 10:00 CST the next morning.
A fantastic company that stands behind their product. I purchased and installed an MBE 906 EGR cooler this past July and the shipping and customer service was fantastic. Cooler worked flawlessly until I needed an EGR valve in late August and after I got it installed through WW Williams, the EGR valve and cooler would not seal for some reason. I have called and emailed support for 2 weeks and haven’t received any contact outside of an automated response email saying someone would reply soon.
great customer service. wrong gasket kit was ordered. they overnighted the correct one, sent a return label as well. Will definitely be back
