I ordered a part for an engine, paid extra to receive it next day, was guaranteed I will receive it , but received in four days. The part came defected, without asking me they sent me a different part for a completely different engine. I sent them both back, and now they are saying that we used it, tried to install it and changed a bolt just to not reimburse us. I told them I will leave a bad review and they said they do not care.
Great experience
This place is terrible i ordered a throttle exhaust valve paid next day air. It said it shipped but tracking said otherwise. I called customer service they said they had a note to check with owner, I'll call you back. 3 hrs later no call back i call back I'm told we dont have it issuing a full refund. When were you going to let me know this? It had been since Friday morning nobody bothered to call and tell me this information. The guy i talked to blamed it on the internet order system but somehow they printed a ups label.
customer service is terrible , paid for expedited shipping just to find out the description on there website is inaccurate and have no clue about working on diesels. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!! DONT GET SCAMMED!! ZERO STARS!!
