I had a great experience at this dealership today. Unfortunately, for me, they didn’t have the vehicle that I was looking for. But you couldn’t ask for nicer folks no high pressure at all. Thank you, Jason, Treavor and John 😊
Weston and all of the guys were excellent to work with and got us in the new ram quickly.
Disappointed in that I scheduled with them making sure that I could use a coupon yesterday and was confirmed multiple times that I could use it and then even being sent confirmation of my scheduled oil change appointments. All of that only to show up today and have them turn me down to be able to use the coupon which was my only reason to go to this one dealership. Hopefully they train their schedulers on their own deals.
Weston Caldwell was excellent in every way. We were in a time crunch and he ensured the entire process was efficient from start to finish. I was skeptical that 1 we'd be able to come to an agreement on price, 2 that they could do it in a couple of hours and 3 have the truck ready for me when we were done. He was able to do all of that! Great salesman, no pressure, really down to earth. Purchased a 2026 RAM Laramie 2500.
