We purchased a Wrangler on 6/16/25. Our salesman was wonderful and day of purchase was fine. After arriving home we realize we were not given a title application. We immediately call dealership and are assured we’ll get one asap. Now, over a month later, our calls are not being returned and we still have NOT received the application!
This seems to be a trend, are they under new management. I get no response for inquires about a new vehicle. Business must be great, to the extent they can ignore potential customers. Response: I assume you are Mike Cannon...I don't think so but great deflection, then your system is malfunctioning...I think Mike would be pissed.
Bought a truck from them and it was advertised as clean. 2 weeks after having the truck took it to the shop to find out it had a bent framed and should’ve been totaled. Don’t buy from this shady lot.
What a waste of time. Called dealership and inquired about a vehicle. They assured me they had the vehicle and will pull it up front for me and have it ready. I drive 1 hour to go to purchase the vehicle, when I arrive the vehicle is not up front, ok no biggie. I inquired inside about the vehicle and find out they can not sell it due to a recall. Wasted my day because the left hand does not talk to the right. They could have told thos to me before I made the drive. WILL NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH TAMERON.
The service department was absolutely wonderful everyone was sweet and very helpful. Meantime, I was quite disappointed with the waiting area. There was no air conditioning or even a fan, and it was uncomfortably warm, especially for someone my age. I also noticed the women’s restroom was very small, and there was only one. I had expected something more roomy and accommodating, for a place where folks may be waiting for quite some time.
