I took my vehicle in for service. They did not put my trim and panel back correctly after changing the air filter ( not a big deal). However, they did not return my lug lock key to my tires. When I called to try to see if they had it or to order another one, they transferred me around the world to phones that kept on ringing. I left messages but no one has returned my call. I’m very upset because I was told that they were good and I traveled across Alabama to get there.
Weston was amazing he helped me and my fiance get in our brand new 2026 dodge Durango gt plus! He made the whole buying process a breeze we will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from him!
