I reached out to this company about buying a car. They told me that I would have to put a 1800 dollar deposit down to hold it. So I put the deposit down of 1800 and the next day i told them i no longer wanted to purchase the car. Now they’re giving me the run around and not answering the phone about giving my money back and they already sold the car. But before they got the money they were blowing me up everyday. I’ll never do business with this company again.

This experience could have gone sideways in a hurry. We bought a Jeep Renegade two years ago from Tameron and the experience was wonderful. We’ve also been very pleased with the service department. So when we started talking about trading in the Renegade for a Wrangler, of course we went to Tameron. My response is based on experiencing deceptive sales practices used during my recent purchase. I am partially at fault for allowing a bad purchase to move forward; I didn’t do my due diligence and validate the final sales price from MSRP listed in the sales worksheet showing the final “negotiated price adjustments” I requested and approved to move forward with the purchase while completing the purchase with the finance manager.
