I’m from out of state and I called to inquire about reprogramming our CR-V keys. Hailey, the service rep, told us to just swing by and she would try and look at it. We did, she did, and less than an hour later both keys were working as needed for an outstanding service price. She truly represented the department in a friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them.
Dishonest & incompetent service department that will gaslight you rather than admit wrongdoing. Service manager, Tito McKinney, lies about rental car fees & denies reality. Dropped my car off on 9/10 for work on 9/11. Stated (&confirmed in my receipt) “customer hears possible tire, may be drivers front”. On 9/11, told it’s right front wheel bearing & needs replacement. Later read in receipt that left front wheel bearing needs to be replaced “in the near future” when in actuality, it needed to be replaced 9/11. (No one verbal... read more

Haylee was super friendly and got my oil change and tire rotation done in a timely manner
Excellent shop. Bring something warm to combat the air conditioner and something to occupy your time as they take forever to do anything.
