Service advisor Andrew was awesome. Everything done quickly and a free car wash.
Had our Transmission fluid changed in 2018 Honda Odyssey. Eloy was great. Took an hour and even got the van back washed. Will be setting up another appointment soon for further service and recalls addressed.
I've been here several times the staff are very helpful and professional all I ask for and got.
Me and my mom both bought a car and not only were the cars good deals but there was truly 0 haggling just as advertised. Both cars were in fantastic condition with low miles and a low price. The staff were the best, they were polite respectful and very accommodating in what ever way they could be. Me and my mom traveled 5 hours for the prices but we will definitely be coming back in the future. Huge shout out to TJ Jackson for being our car dealer, he treated us like family and made the process very enjoyable and easy.
I can't say enough good things about Brian Taylor at Eastern shore Honda service. From the time I arrived he was kind, attentative & professional. He was very knowledgeable & explained everything clearly. He also helped me prioritize my service needs coming up with a plan and scheduling future services.
