I was very pleased with the overall service I received. The sales associate (Chad D) was knowledgeable and respectful throughout the process and the finance manager was friendly without being overly pushy about add-on services I wasn’t interested in. The only downside was that after finalizing the purchase, I had to head straight to the gas station because the car was on empty.
