I went to Tamera yesterday, so I can get over my fear of driving on the interstate. I lived 10 yrs avoiding the interstate and major Highways. I went to a prior hypnotist and had had no luck, but when my therapist suggested Tamera, I decided to give her a try and I am so glad I did. I found myself relaxed after the session and ready to drive anywhere. I wish I would have met her 10 years ago.
Tamera is rare find. Her compassion, generosity, kindness and passion for her work are truly inspiring. I feel very lucky to have stumbled upon one of her hypnotherapy groups at the suggestion of a friend. I didn't have much prior experience with hypnotherapy, and Tamera took a lot of the mystery out of it. Tamera has given me a new life, one filled with possibilities, and joy. I have suffered from a debilitating phobia of the fear of blood, needles, hospitals, basically everything and anything medially related since I was a young child. Amazing Women! I had panic attacks so bad and tried every natural approach the internet provided. She was my last hope of saving my sanity. I found her on Google one day and figured why not try..
