I am in utter disgust with the way I was treated this evening at this place! I took off work following a week-long absence after going through the emergency room just to arrive here and waste yet ANOTHER day off of work! My appointment was at 3:30 pm. Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay $286. The front desk clerk (insurance benefits coordinator) FAILED to do the BARE MINIMUM and call to check my benefits (as she is trained to do).
