They were nice and gave a fair price, as well as a good cut. They would always tell me when they were coming to cut my lawn. It was never an agreed upon schedule. I wanted to support this company. Eventually they started changing the schedule and slowly disappeared. I left several messages and texts and none of them were responded to. In business, you should always respond to say "yes", I can continue to provide you with a service or "no". Disappearing and not responding is unprofessional. I have to give this company a poor rating this year, they are not reliable! Tyrone will text you to say he is coming to cut your grass and never show up, then won’t respond to your text or phone calls. If you hire this company, you may need to have a back up plan when they don’t show up for a month. Last year service was good and I gave them excellent reviews, not so good this year!
They did a poor job in general. And when I told them about it I got nothing but excuses. Trim work was incomplete. Clippings were left all over the yard. He even tried to blame me as I hired him because my mower had broken down If he cannot handle a slightly overgrown yard I don’t expect he will handle a normal one. Even a half competent company has a leaf blower to remove the grass clippings.
Nice family business that I’ve used for a couple years.They do great work! Highly recommend!
