Erin got me in last minute super quick for a bob refresh! She understood the assignment and was the coolest!
tried reaching out to the owner via instagram after erin hamilton fried my hair but i get no response (erin also blocked me from everything) i paid 200$ for an all over color and she bleached it twice and colored it three times despite me only asking for my roots touched up and colored refreshed i have irreversible damage done to my hair and it wont stop breaking hopefully a 1 star gets her attention. I chopped my own hair up pretty good, so I was looking for a place to help me out. I called and told them my situation, and I got an appointment for that day. I met my hairstylist, who seemed nice, she asked me what I wanted to do, and I told her that I didn't mind going short and she could do what she wanted. She barely cuts my hair at all, can't even bring the layers together in the back and left me with the mullet I showed up with. All she did was use texture scissors and put curls in my hair.
