I've been with Tamburrino Properties for a few years with my investment properties, he collected rent but never paid our taxes which was suppose to be deducted from the rent, we wanted to file a lawsuit but they went bankrupt!! Do your self a favor and stay away!!

March of 2020 I accompanied a friend of mine on SSD receiving $900 per month, less then $100/month in SNAP benefits and health care through Medicad. He applied for Section 8 and was able to receive $550/month towards rent, the remaining rent would need to be paid out of pocket. Finding a decent place to live was difficult due to limited budget.
