Bad service! They have messed up my son’s pendant and now my daughters and they paid over $1,000 for this piece of junk! She didn’t purchase it like that and the way they hav wit back to her, unacceptable! 🤬
They call you from 10 different numbers to get your business then never answer after purchase. Made a purchase they said engraving would be within a week since everything is done in house. Mean while 2wks later no call no answer. I see a lot of no answer after purchase reviews.
