I ordered my glasses in December of 2024 it’s April 21 and still haven’t received them. They told me they didn’t have the frame I want so they decided to chose a same frame and called today April 21 and didn’t have the frame and I have to go back to choose a different frame this is the wrist eye doctor ever

the WORST optometrist in Oklahoma. tried for two weeks to get my contact prescription and never received it. stated 5 different times they were faxing to another clinic that i was actually ordering my contacts from & told me i was not a customer since i was not buying from them, even tho they work in coordination with the choctaws to get contacts. front desk is the worst & Dr. Holt as well. would not go there if i was going blind. if i could give 0 stars i would, office is dirty, no new glasses, and never answers the phone a... read more
