Two stars for location only, and the grounds themselves are kept up well. However, washing clothes with the new card system is inconvenient, so now I leave to the laundromat to clean my clothes. Pool hasn't been opened since we moved in 3 years ago, and still isn't. Office staff is curt and not very friendly, I dread having to go in there for any reason, even to pay rent. Tamarus Villas Apartments has finally hired a real maintenance man! I have been living here for 5 mos and whenever I've had a maintenance concern all I would get is "oh the building is old we can't fix it". Excuse me I have a huge gap in my window and I have to stuff paper towel in it to attempt to keep rain, wind and trash from getting in, which never worked. Beautiful complex . Different sizes apartments to chose and the best part it’s the great service you will receive from office , even the maintenance people was very friendly and answer me questions . The service I receive it’s hard to find when we searching for houses . Thanks Kristy and Heather for do that extra to make my experience at Tamarus very special . I hope I will call Tamarus park apartments home soon . I will recommended this place 100% .
Hi everyone, If you're planning to search for an apartment and come across Tamaraus Apartments, please consider avoiding it. I lived there for a few years but vacated a few months ago. It was one of the worst experiences; the management was unhelpful, with the manager being particularly uncooperative, rude, and arrogant. They were unresponsive to any issues, and problems were dragged out for weeks. I strongly recommend avoiding this apartment. And request to change the staff in lease office
