Two stars for location only, and the grounds themselves are kept up well. However, washing clothes with the new card system is inconvenient, so now I leave to the laundromat to clean my clothes. Pool hasn't been opened since we moved in 3 years ago, and still isn't. Office staff is curt and not very friendly, I dread having to go in there for any reason, even to pay rent. Tamarus Villas Apartments has finally hired a real maintenance man! I have been living here for 5 mos and whenever I've had a maintenance concern all I would get is "oh the building is old we can't fix it". Excuse me I have a huge gap in my window and I have to stuff paper towel in it to attempt to keep rain, wind and trash from getting in, which never worked. Just moved in and the staff is AWESOME!!! KRISSY AND H.S ARE BEAUTIFUL SOULS!!! I'M SO HAPPY HERE!!! And they give rental referrals!!!
