I toured this property last week with leasing agent Mo. During the tour she seemed genuine and personable, and afterward she handed me a card asking me to leave a review. I'm glad I waited. In the days since, I followed up by both email and phone about moving into the community, and I never received a response. As someone who was genuinely hoping to make this my home, I found that lack of follow-through very disappointing. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. They charge luxury apartment prices for amenities and service that are nowhere near luxury quality. The window insulation is so poor that the apartments feel like ice boxes during the winter. Every year, management sends out an email advising residents to cover their windows with plastic to keep the cold out. Be prepared to spend around $300 per month heating a one-bedroom apartment.
