My kitchen flooded three times. The refrigerator is flooding and making all of my food wet the bathtub is stopped up constantly and Jermaine and Alex costumer service is trash $2300 in rent you would think it would be an upgrade.
Alex and Mo went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met at a timely manner I felt at home the minute I walked in to view my new apt They were very professional and addressed every concern Thank you Mo and Alex
Jermaine is a really nice guy, that takes pride in his work. He is a Super Super.
Jermaine is always so quick and meticulous when fixing anything in my apartment. He is careful with my belongings and never asks to take his shoes off! He just does it ! Always can count on him !
HUGE shout out to the maintenance team of this community Andrew & Jermaine worked for long hours and still going to make sure the community is safe and clean with the snow storm we just experienced. Thank you both for all that hard work!
