We recently bought our Pilot about 2 weeks ago at Honda Tamaroff (great service; separate from the service center) and it had alignment issues (under 400 miles). We called to see if service would be covered - yes it is. Made an appointment at 11AM. Got to the service garage early (10:45AM) so they could get me in and out. Nope. Took my Pilot here for the first oil change, a big sign next to the entrance “Express service”. What a joke!! If you don’t have all day, don’t go here. A Simple oil change and tire rotation took 3.5 hours even with appointment.
