Took my Pilot here for the first oil change, a big sign next to the entrance “Express service”. What a joke!! If you don’t have all day, don’t go here. A Simple oil change and tire rotation took 3.5 hours event with appointment.
Never bring your vehicle here. If you are a woman steer clear of this place.
I understand that using a dealership for maintenance and repairs means dealing with higher costs. However, a recent estimate from Tamaroff shocked me with just how high those costs are. My alternator died on Telegraph just south of their dealer, so I had my car brought in for an estimate. This is typically a $600-700 job at most shops. Tamaroff quoted me nearly $1400.
