My experience with Ashley Smith was great….She was very professional and knowledgeable of her job…. Always had a smile…… need more professionals like her
We have lived here going on year 2. Ashley, the Property Manager, is AMAZING. She is always smiling and very helpful. No matter my concerns, she responds in a timely manner. The maintenance man Anthony is AMAZING. He is a very hard worker and he is always a joy to talk to. Anthony always goes above and beyond to help the residents. Living here at CFT is quiet and everyone is pretty friendly. We really love how big the dog park is for our dog as well. At this point I have been living at Cape Fear Townhomes for a little over two years, and quite comfortable here. There have been upgrades made to the community, and I love management. They really seek to support the people that live in the community. Any time I have had an issue with the washer/dryer, and any maintenance concern, repairs and assistance is always made quick in a timely manner. I really appreciate these guys, and I just want them to know that at my hardest times, living here has truly been a blessing to me.
If this place is still run by WELLINGTON ADVISORS, it deserves NEGATIVE STARS!!! They took over shortly before I moved out and have been holding my deposit for THREE MONTHS!!! Under the previous management, Barbara was at the office and she was wonderful. Willie, the maintenance man, was also fantastic. I wish they never would’ve sold the place. These apartments are not worth $1000 and are not fit to live in. All of these apartment need to be remodeled. They paint over stuff and do patch work to hide the ongoing and constant problem in these apartments. The trash cans are always overflowing with trash bags surrounding them and blocking the doorway. The old owners were money hungry and didn’t care about making repairs nor fixing anything and the new owners are the same way..Both Wellington Advisors and Peak Realty are slumlords in fancy attire.
