Very disappointed with the communication around maintenance. I put a work order in through the portal and no response for days around my not working microwave that’s in the townhouse that I pay rent at. I’ve only been here for 3 months and the microwave went out soo no response for how long it would be to fix or replace until I call the office and leave a message stating that I have small children and I use my microwave for everything!
