It's a nice place to live. The on-site laundry for tenants has recently been upgraded. The parking has recently become assigned parking for tenants and there are separate parking spaces for guests to park. The staff is nice and does their job well. Issues are resolved in a quick and fair manner when they come up. Overnight security patrol has recently been added. The security patrol has a long time history locally and was a good choice to contract with for overnight services. I have no complaints at all.
