My Grandfather hasn’t had heat in a WEEK! Everyone else connected to his building does but him he is a 71 YEAR OLD MAN. We called for maintenance over 80 times no one has come & for some reason cooperate number isn’t a thing. This is selfish activity. It’s be under 20 degrees the last few days imagine at NIGHT??. & he’s playing rent yeah lawsuit.
Current tenant, management is a JOKE. This location makes confier look HORRIBLE. They cant deal with complaints so they bought an AI system that wont let you reach a human being. There is no emergency maintenance so if your in an emergency please call the cops. Then when you speak to anyone everything is an attitude.- oh and dont pay mind to that fake comment about reaching out, ive been reaching out for weeks
