If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. Absolutely horrid and godawful. I lived here for almost 10 years. If you’re thinking about moving in — don’t let the fresh paint and so-called “rehab” fool you. They’ll make it seem like this place is on the come-up, but it’s smoke and mirrors. They won’t even show you the actual apartment you’ll be moving into. When I first moved in, it was manageable. Slow maintenance, a few office staff with attitudes — but livable. This place is crap.the office staff is rude and lazy ,nothing ever gets addressed.ive been here 2 years and haven't had heat at all!!never was able to use my oven.i have to light the stove with a lighter.theres mold all over I've been in and out the hospital.theres mice and roaches here.maintenance is always out riding around yet no work is being done and the only time they ever came to my unit was to check the fire extinguisher twice.they say there's 24 hour servailance but the neighbors kid kicks on my door every damn day ... read more
