They really need to just burn the whole place down at this point (-1000/10) Wish I never came here. Don’t advise you too. stay far far away Honestly, call the inspector before you even move in if you decide to test your luck. I’d be typing for days if I went down the list of issues here.

You do not want to move here. Nothing gets done. They start something never finish it. The office is a joke. You can’t even call them. Our maintenance is a joke. This whole place is going to hell so don’t waste your time here even though it looks nice your apartment is gonna be falling the hell apart because all they do is patch things up temporarily they don’t fix things the right way.
