First of all, very unsatisfied with this company. When you try to call corporate office, no one will answer or when you dial extension and no one answers and you leave a voice mail for someone to call you back. No one calls back. Second Riverview bend in Crystal city Missouri, staff is unprofessional. Called and talked to Julia about my loved one and told me that she need to be in a nursing home. Bed Bugs !!!! This building has had bed bugs for years! Do not live here. Staff is racist and inappropriate towards elderly disabled tenants. They have no problem canceling leases on tenants with extenuating circumstances. New floors don’t justify charging $998 for a 444 sq foot apartment with bed bugs. Beware!
