Armando is hands down the best! ​Having lived in this apartment community back in 2013, again in 2017, and now returning a year ago, I’ve seen my fair share of maintenance teams over the years. Scheduled a tour, no one showed up. No one in the office, no one answered any phone. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with them.

I will say first that this is a beautiful apartment complex, however, trying to get anything going with the on-site manager is virtually impossible. We toured the apartment on a Friday morning. Brittany was late getting there and only arrived because the on-site maintenance person texted her that we were waiting. Again, the apartment was absolute perfection so we began the online application process. For whatever reason it froze. I’ve never had a better maintenance experience than here. Armando responds right away. He does an excellent job , he is so helpful in every aspect he goes above and beyond to keep tenants satisfied.

I’ve had a really good experience living here. The apartments are comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. What stands out the most is the excellent maintenance service, especially Armando R., who always responds quickly to any requests and does a great job every time. You can really tell that they care about the residents and the condition of the property. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a safe, clean, and well-managed place to live.
