Just moved out recently. Don't move here. Extremely thin walls with loud and rowdy neighbors. Dismissive management. Pool is unkept and dirty. The laundry machines are unusable.
No one ever answers the phone or emails, submitted an application a month ago with very sensitive personal information and I have still not heard back.
I enjoyed a short tenure at Tamarack Apartments in the Summer of 2023. Overall this is a well-managed complex. The onsite Manager/Repairman, Hector, is capable, kind, and always a pleasure to deal with. He has a fantastic and affable personality, and is practical, firm when needed, and always willing to address problems. My only disappointment was the frigid pool that management refuses to heat (even in Summer) and operate in a manner beneficial to the tenants.
