no follow up on people who dont follow rules, keep their decks clean, mow their grass or fix their skirting. whats the point in giving notices if there is no follow up or consequence. Rent goes up more then 25.00 a month every year.They could care less if they are pushing people out.

Treat all residents equally! When you have a problem & contact Wade, or the corporate office.... they need to take action!! There is a reason why people are NOT happy here! Why do they not have meetings? All I see is they raise the lot rent....what do they do with the increases?!? Have donut parties, coffee & donuts, sandwiches & cake, but I never see any cars up at the office?!? I think the work staff enjoy the treats them selves???
A big thank you to Vera an staff..My pipes were Frozen for two days and they came to the rescue. What a great place to live.
Been here 6 years they are doing a great job trying to improve the park I've seen a lot in the time I've been here. They working with residents on issues witch I can say personally for myself and seen with my neighbors. And working hard on making residence feel welcome.
We love our place here Just so peaceful & theirs lots of fun waiting on you just outside your door. Beautiful lake & great neighbors LIFE GOOD ON HAMLIN LAKE
While we have had residence here for numerous years and are extremely happy with the surroundings we are very unhappy with the help and unprofessional attitude of the office manager and staff. Furthermore trying to get ahold of Sun Communities to file a complaint has proved to be even more challenging as they ignore calls or run you in circles.
