The building is in a very good location, regular maintenance, good access to the building and convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, parks, beaches and stop buses. The apartment is really nice, recently renovated, excellent conditions, quiet place, laundry machines always clean and funcional, and the manager is an excellent person, so helpful and polite, we felt so warm and welcome in the tenant reunion last year, delicious snacks, friendly neighbors, and so creative and beautiful decorations for Christmas.

The management in the building is really good! Every question or concern, the manager (Ariane) is always there to help you, she’s really friendly and nice and helped me a lot when I first got here. The building is always clean and well organized. The tenants reunion from last year really helped me to feel more comfortable in my new apartment. I’m very satisfied with living here. The building is well-managed, and anytime we needed help, the manager was quick to respond and very respectful. They maintain great communication with the tenants and are always professional. The building is always clean and well looked after. The location is also perfect — everything is nearby, including shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit. We’re really happy to live here. We just moved here and ’m truly happy living in this building. The property manager (Ariane) is incredibly friendly, organized, and responsible. Whenever there’s an issue, they respond quickly and communicate very well with the tenants. The building is always clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside. The location is amazing — just steps away from grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the bus stop. I feel safe and comfortable living here. I have been living in this building for more than 4 years now and I couldn’t be happier with my stay! The building itself is well-maintained and offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
