Our experience living in this building was wonderful. The building manager, Ariane, is supportive, helpful, and accommodating. The building's location is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to shops, restaurants, and the seawall. The neighborhood itself is quiet and beautiful, with so many trees and gardens. The unit we lived in was recently updated, very clean, and received amazing natural light during the day. Additionally, it's one of the few buildings in the area that allows two dogs, so we were thrilled to find it!
I lived at 1160 Broughton Street for almost four years, and I honestly had a great experience. The building is well maintained, the location is amazing, and I always felt comfortable living here. A big thank you to Ariane Alshorman, who has been a really nice building manager. She has always been friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I needed anything. Awesome location. The 1160 Broughton Tamarac Apartment is very convenient,a walking distance to shops, groceries-Safeway,President's choice, No-frills and other local stores, library,pharmacy-London drug, Shoppers drug mart, hospital-St Paul Hospital and many walk in clinics and dental clinics in the area. We have been living here for a while and we find everything to be great. The property manager Ariane is amazing. She is incredibly helpful if we need anything and very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, near bus stops, shops and restaurants. The building complex is always clean, tidy and very secure which makes us feel safe.
Nice neighbourhood, near to everything. Thoughtful staff.
