The 1160 Broughton Tamarac Apartment is very convenient,a walking distance to shops, groceries-Safeway,President's choice, No-frills and other local stores, library,pharmacy-London drug, Shoppers drug mart, hospital-St Paul Hospital and many walk in clinics and dental clinics in the area. We have been living here for a while and we find everything to be great. The property manager Ariane is amazing. She is incredibly helpful if we need anything and very welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect, near bus stops, shops and restaurants. The building complex is always clean, tidy and very secure which makes us feel safe.

I lived at 1160 Broughton Street about four years ago, and it was an excellent place to call home. The Resident Manager, Ariana, was consistently accommodating, cheerful, and professional, which made the living experience even better. The building is in a prime location at the heart of downtown, right at Davie and Broughton.
