I have covid and it was so easy to do an appointment with her.
If I could give zero stars I would. She is lazy and apathetic.
Dr. Stout is my favorate pcp in the world! I would not consider going to a different one.
Dr. Stout takes her time to listen to all your concerns and takes your preferences into account. She doesn't rush office visits and is very friendly and kind. Office wait is sometimes longer, but the time she spends with you, is the time she spends with others. She will take the time you need to get the care you want.
The poor grade is for her staff. I called to request a new patient appointment, and I got the office manager Candy, on the phone. Dr Stout is listed as accepting new patients in my insurance carrier but Candy said she wasn't accepting new Patient's from my provider and dismmised me. Candy was rude and hung up on me without even saying, have a good day. I called back and continually hung up on me. She was rude and disrespectful. I am appalled and will not tolerate this from staff.
Dr. Stout is friendly, very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She is one of the best doctors in Katy and in very high demand. It is worth the wait if you need help. She takes her time on the appointments and is very through in her approach to the help you need. Recommend her highly.
