Took my mother here for an eye exam — terrible experience. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of us. Once they realized we were only there for the exam and prescription, not to buy their expensive glasses, we were treated unfairly. They wouldn’t even provide my mother’s PD (pupillary distance). We had to go across the street to Clarkson Eye Care, where they gave it to her free of charge. We will not be coming back here. Nothing but disrespectful staff and pushy upsellers.
