UPDATE: THE MANAGER RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND CORRECTED IT IMMEDIATELY. I took my Versace frames in to have my progressive lenses put in them, and not only did they put the left lens in wrong, but they kept my progressive right lens and left the model lens in. The person then lied to me, telling me my glasses were fixed and that I did not need to keep the model lenses. It wasn't until I returned home that I realized the model lens was still in the right eye. I will be contacting corporate and management about this experience... read more
