Amiyah was AMAZING!! She explained everything fully and was super sweet, she even helped me pick my glasses out. The whole experience was very comfortable, and even though I took awhile to pick glasses, Amiyah was very patient and personable. I would recommend this LensCrafters and Amiyah to everyone, and will be returning in the future!
DO NOT BOTHER TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS STORE AT THE LANSING MALL!. I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 11:40 today. At 11 AM I received a phone call telling me I was a new patient and needed to be at the appointment early. Taking more time off work I was there at 11:30 and gave the people the required information….at which point I was informed it would be “awhile” as two people were in front of me. I absolutely love the service here. The store is right by the entrance, so no need to go through the rest of the mall. Robin and Fransico will make sure you’re taken care of. I almost feel at home when I go there. Sometimes the little things really go a long way.
LOVE DAVID, BUT PROGRESSIVE LENS TOO EXPENSIVE.. ALMOST...$300.
