I am extremely disappointed with the administrative policies at this office. Despite my request for a 90-day prescription to save on insurance costs and pharmacy trips, this office insisted on only providing 30-day fills through their own preferred pharmacy. They refused to send my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice, which is a violation of patient choice and has caused me unnecessary financial strain and monthly travel. Dr. Nosa is a very good and knowledgeable physician, but more importantly I feel very comfortable discussing any health concerns I am having and she is able to grasp the fundamental problems, and suggest solutions and remedies for me.
