Been seeing Tammy as my chiropractor for over 40 years. Has office in S.Cairo Tues Thursday n half day Sat..Monday Wed n Fri she's in Delmar at office #2. Takes insurance call to see if yours in on her list..copays..check n cash. Believe she no longer takes on Workmans Comp cases. You'll have to check with her. Call her you'll get a message on her hours on her answering machine. Friendly caring n excellent chiropractor.
I was physically crippled for nearly two months and she was able to get me up and running again. In every regard she’s fantastic.
Dr Tamara is wonderful. She is very accomodating to her patients she understands what help I need and she consistently delivers results I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with her.
