I move out in April after 5 years,I left my apartment spotless no damage at all. waited on my deposit $350 to be returned after 45days they sent me $205 back saying that they had to paint !! 🤦 I'm sure they would,as they should after 5 year's 🤦🤷 The law states that a landlord can NOT !! Take your deposit to repaint a unit after you move out !! So I sent a dispute letter and requested the rest of my deposit back !! Before I have to take other steps !! I haven't heard back yet !!
