Overcharged me $120 a month for 2 years. Was not made aware that I needed to sign a paper. No phone call, email and never received anything in the mail. I called several times throughout the 2 years to ask questions, change address etc. I was never made aware that papers were incomplete. I pulled all my bank records and they slowly increased my monthly payments over the 2 years so I was unable to catch it that way.
