From the moment I entered the office to meeting with Dr. Coates my experience was wonderful. Helpful and kind staff work in the office and Dr. Coates is a professional with a great bedside manner.
Dr. Tamara Coates and her team are truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed, respected, and cared for. Dr. Coates has a calming presence and takes her time to really listen and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and never makes you feel rushed. The staff is also friendly and efficient, creating a space that feels safe and supportive. I couldn’t ask for better care—highly recommend!

Because Dr. is a kind considerate person who is comfortable to talk to and engaged with her patients. She really cares, and her patients feel like they have a doctor who actually cares about them, she is not just practicing paperwork medicine, she is hands on with her patients. Dr. Coates is irreplaceable.
