Tamara represented me with the recent purchase of my first home. I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to use a realtor, but I’m so glad that I found this one! She is knowledgeable about everything from mortgage requirements to basic home maintenance needs. Anytime I had a question, she was always quick to respond, as well as being punctual for all of our appointments. I can’t imagine going through this process without her. She’s the absolute best!

We found Tamara Bayer on line, we emailed her and she responded immediately. Her communication skills are wonderful, and we were never left in the dark. Her knowledge of homes and the areas, her connection of people just blew us away. My realtor was very helpful and honest with me about the condition of the homes I was looking at. She had lots of neat tricks to evaluate the properties! I was then and am still very satisfied with how things turned out.
