To be honest, we regret choosing her as my wife’s doctor. During our visits, she never personally examined my wife. Instead, someone else always did until the last three visits. It was also very difficult to reach the office. Whenever we called, no one answered. Dr. Aviles is an amazing doctor, and I always feel comfortable at my prenatal visits. Her bedside manner is top tier. She takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and answers all of my questions in a way that's easy to understand. I am a high risk pregnancy and really appreciate that she explains what to expect at each upcoming appointment, which has helped me feel informed and prepared throughout my pregnancy. I transferred to Dr. Aviles halfway through my pregnancy because I wanted a more consistent relationship with one doctor, instead of seeing a different provider at every visit like I was before. I can honestly say she has been the best doctor I have ever had. I have a history of hormonal issues and have seen many doctors over the years, so it’s not easy for me to trust easily.
