The doctors are very good, but the front desk is honestly unacceptable. They almost never answer the phone, and when they finally do, they put you on hold for 20+ minutes. This isn’t something that happened once or twice—it has happened repeatedly over several days. One time, it took me an entire WEEK just to schedule an appointment because nobody would answer the phone. Leaving a voicemail is basically pointless because they don’t call you back either. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aviles. She was kind, very knowledgeable, super warm/personable and gentle. I trusted her expertise and we discussed my birth plan and preferences in detail in the months leading to my delivery. She ended up delivering my baby and I knew I was in capable hands. Would highly recommend to women seeking a doctor who takes her time and has excellent bedside manners.

To be honest, we regret choosing her as my wife’s doctor. During our visits, she never personally examined my wife. Instead, someone else always did until the last three visits. It was also very difficult to reach the office. Whenever we called, no one answered. During my wife’s previous pregnancy in New York, her doctor gave us a direct phone number before the due date in case we needed urgent assistance.
