I’m writing this a few years after my horrible experience with this office. I can’t say if the doctor had anything to do with my horrible experience, but I never went back to this office after how they treated me. They inputted my lab from my Pap smear wrong which led to me having to pay for a portion of the labs. And when I tried to get them to fix it they gave me the run around for months. Horrible service! Horrible front desk staff! An appointment was made in June for a November date. I understood there is sometimes a long wait for appointments in the area, so I had no other choice but to wait. However, a few days before the appointment, a call was received indicating that the appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date! How is that possible? they had 5 months to let me know they were overbooked! Not only that, the next available appointment they have is for APRIL!! So basically ano... read more
