Horrible service! Horrible front desk staff! An appointment was made in June for a November date. I understood there is sometimes a long wait for appointments in the area, so I had no other choice but to wait. However, a few days before the appointment, a call was received indicating that the appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date! How is that possible? they had 5 months to let me know they were overbooked! Not only that, the next available appointment they have is for APRIL!! So basically ano... read more
