Lee and his team do a great job of balancing costs with maintaining property value and ROI, and responding to landlord/tenant needs. Excellent management company: effective marketing and pricing; fast and efficient text/online/phone communication; and the use of solid subcontractors. High integrity.
I own multiple rental properties in the Bay area and recently used TPM for my first property in Marin county. In a word their performance was EXCELLENT. They were very knowledgeable about the market, priced the property appropriately and once a prospective tenant was identified they closed the tenancy thoroughly and expeditiously. I will use them for all future listings in their market.
